SALES REPRESENTATIVE - REMOTE

We are looking for a gritty Sales Representative who is ready to use their passion for sports, education, and technology to help grow our footprint nationwide. In this role, you’ll join our growing Sales team and report directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Success. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Gipper platform, the K-16 (athletic and non-athletic) market, and our customers’ needs.
  • Manage and conduct an effective sales strategy targeting a variety of stakeholders in the K-16 market - including, but not limited to: athletic directors, sports information directors, coaches, and principals.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations with prospective customers.
  • Conduct effective post demo follow up - including a combination of phone calls and emails.
  • Close sales at a high velocity.
  • Evaluate sales performance using conversation intelligence software.
  • Update and work with CRM/Hubspot database. 
  • Be a part of our product development cycle.

  • Outbound sales skills with ability to operate and succeed at a high velocity.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills. 
  • Fearless ability to try new things and learn quickly from failure. 
  • Experience of success as a member of a team.
  • Grit and gumption to dominate a nascent and largely unmapped market. 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in sports.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media space and how athletics fits in. 
  • Entrepreneurial experience
