We are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships and setting our sales closers up for success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be a Product Expert. You know Gipper inside and out and can articulate our value in a simple and engaging way.
  • Be a Customer Expert. You are excited to share content creation and social media best practices with prospective customers to help them solve problems.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborate with sales executives for next steps.
  • Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a good person!
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and product demonstrations.. 
  • Deep level of integrity and a customer-first attitude.
  • Self-motivating and self-managing with a passion for achieving extraordinary results. 
  • Hustle mentality and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
